Why we should meditate/exercise every day


What is Pranic Healing? According to Health Write For Us, Mental Health Write For Us, and Health Guest Post, it is a mix of Rainbow Reiki, Shamballa Reiki, Morning Meditation, and Soul Healing make up for Pranic Healing.


At its most basic form, meditation is a state of having a cleared mind. In essence, the goal if there is one is allow your mind to be free of thought. This can obviously be a difficult state for most of us to maintain for any length of time but it's one of the best things you can do for your overall health.


There are a lot of reasons why people mediate, ranging from dealing with stress and anxiety to being more mindful, focused, and present every day. I first started meditating pretty unregularly out of curiosity after seeing igor minar's talk on super power management, in which he also mentions one of my favorite books search inside yourself.


In order to answer the question what is pranic healing, we need to understand what prana is. Chi, life - force or prana in sanskrit is the fourth state of matter, the first three being solid, liquid, and gas.



What makes prana special is that it is intangible for the ordinary senses. Not everyone is able ton fell see, and experience its existence, yet it is omnipresent. it is a form of energy that exists in all living things and everywhere around us. To people with more sensitive eyes, this energy looks like luminous field of light, a field that surrounds the physical body.
